Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you decide you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind you may return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (except postage costs). All items must be 100% unused and in the same new condition they was supplied.

If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should you must report it to us within 48 hours otherwise we will be unable to deal with the matter. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damages/fault or in some cases we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is required to be sent back to us we will arrange collection of it via a courier at a time which is suitable for you. We advise to get this done as quickly as possible so we can get your replacements sent out.

Once we have received the evidence we require or the item back to us, your replacements will be sent out. If an item is reported as faulty but upon return of it we find it to be working you will be charged for the cost of returning the item as well as the new postage costs to send it back out.

Pricing & Payment

All prices seen are inclusive of VAT but not delivery costs, these will be calculated at checkout depending on what you order. Any pricing errors will result in your order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.
All payments are taken in GBP (UK pound).
Payment can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Southern Hydroponics Ltd until paid for in full.
Southern Hydroponics Ltd does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.
All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase. We do not store any of your credit/debit card details.
Southern Hydroponics Ltd may on occasion require a credit check for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.

Terms and Conditions

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.
Southern Hydroponics Ltd T/A Spacehydro may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Every order is treated individually and will be processed as such.
All products and services are subject to availability. Southern Hydroponics Ltd T/A Spacehydro endeavours to keep accurate stock levels of all of it's products, however there are certain items which are not held in stock at any time, when these such items are purchased they will be ordered in and your entire order sent once everything has arrived. If items are out of stock and unable to be obtained, we will notify you and refund you for these items, then send the rest of the order out.
Southern Hydroponics Ltd T/A Spacehydro are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.

Postage Options & Prices

We offer a fast and efficient delivery service to UK and Europe.

It is our aim to get all orders processed and sent out as quickly as possible. This is usually done within 1 working day. Please allow up to a week for delivery as on rare occasions we may run out of stock of certain items and will need to order them in from our supplier. We will always notify you of this.
